Shipping policy
How an order gets from the shelf to your door.
Rates and delivery estimates
Shipping cost and available delivery options are calculated at checkout from the address you enter. You will see every option and its price before you pay — nothing is added after the order is placed.
Processing
Orders are prepared on business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are prepared on the next business day.
Tracking
Where the carrier provides tracking, the details are sent to the email address used at checkout. You can also look up an order on the track an order page.
Addresses
Check the delivery address carefully before paying. If you spot a mistake after ordering, message us through the contact page as soon as possible.
Customs and duties
For deliveries outside the country the store ships from, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Something missing?
If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. The returns policy explains what happens next.
